Diversity in Tech Dashboard

The Diversity in Tech dashboard provides a benchmark for Canada's tech sector to track its progress on increasing the representation and inclusion of equity-deserving groups within the sector over time, along with EDI&B goals and adoption with participating organizations. The 2023 Diversity in Tech Dashboard was made possible thanks to funding from Innovate BC & Sun Life.

Data on the diversity of the current Canadian technology employee population was collected by TAP Network members through a confidential employee self-reporting process. This data was then reported to Mercer on a confidential basis through the TAP Network's Annual Salary Survey.
