An open source resource hub

Welcome to the TAP Network’s EDI&B HUB - the Canadian tech industry’s #1 destination for best-in-class resources and tools.

The HUB is a part of the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Tech Project led by TAP Network. The purpose of the EDI&B Tech Project is to increase the attraction, retention and advancement of women, Indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, people of colour, newcomers to Canada, and individuals who identify as 2SLGBTQQIA+ in skilled occupations in B.C.’s technology sector.

This project will implement several pilot EDI&B and indigenization strategies to recruit, retain and support career development in these professions.

On this site, you will find resources and tools for supporting each of these designated groups in the workplace, for integrating EDI&B practices into each part of the employee life cycle, and for embedding EDI&B into your company culture.

The majority of the work done by our team takes place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory and homelands of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish First Nations. We are very grateful to the Coast Salish people for the knowledge, kindness and indomitable spirit with which they have taken care of this land for millennia.
